We Know Commercial Insurance

Lycetts provides high-quality, tailored commercial insurance services and the widest cover in the market for a host of specialist industries, large and small.

As well as highly competitive premiums for general insurance products such as professional indemnity, public, and employer liability, we provide access to flexible products for a host of specialist sectors. These include the SME market and businesses in rural, renewables, leisure, construction, property, equine, and arboreal industries.

As commercial insurance brokers, we are proud to offer clients the best of both worlds: a tailored service that provides hands-on, independent advice and support, coupled with the resources of a national broker.

Through membership of the Willis Networks of commercial insurance brokers and our national network of offices, our people provide one-to-one expertise in claims management, insurer negotiation, and risk management.

We guarantee professional integrity through a dedicated account handling team that ensures a personal service, as well as monthly payment options for all clients.

Our Commercial Insurance Products

To complement our personal approach, we have also invested in tools that allow us to help businesses remotely. This includes Lycetts SafetyNet, a web product that assist clients in complying with health and safety legislation.

Our aim is to help each and every one of our clients businesses to flourish, by reducing risk and protecting their commercial assets. We also guarantee a bespoke, highly professional service, regardless of a company’s sector or size.

How to claim commercial insurance

It is a condition of all insurance policies that incidents that may result in claims are reported to insurers without delay. If such incidents are not reported within an acceptable timescale (usually 30 days from the time of the incident), your insurers may refuse to indemnify you.

In the event of a claim in relation to a commercial business insurance policy, you should contact your Lycetts account executive/handler as soon as possible. When completing claim forms, ensure the whole form is completed as far as possible and it is signed on your behalf or your company’s behalf by an authorised person. For further detailed information relating to claims concerning injury to employees or third parties, damage to third party property, loss or damage to own property, personal accident and sickness or motor accidents, please click here.
