We offer competitive premiums for public and products liability with or without employers' element for most liability risks. In-house underwriting and scheme facilities with a number of insurers allow us to provide prompt and competitive terms with specialist carriers.
Small miscellaneous liability
These risks can be time consuming to place and sometimes uneconomical to handle. Our products can be tailored to suit most non-contentious risks, which is particularly valuable when seeking to place smaller risks, where normal company market minimums would make them uneconomically viable. Some manual risks can also be considered under this banner.
We are also able to insure a wide range of 'Festive' risks. Seasonal activities like the hanging of festive lights, sale of Christmas trees and Christmas fairs are common risks which we place under our scheme.
Examples of risks under this scheme include:
- Caterers
- Christmas tree sales
- Cleaning and maintenance companies
- Clubs and societies
- Consultants
- Dinner speakers
- Distributors and deliveries
- Drama groups
- Property owners
- Residents associations
- Sports coaches
- Unadopted roads
Standard liability
These are average liability risks, which could have an element of risk that makes them unappealing or misunderstood by the composite market. A good example of this type of risk is one which falls outside the 'per capita' market, but where standard commercial minimums are too costly.
We will also consider risks which are standard, but where you are either unhappy with current markets or are looking to widen your market approach.
Examples of these risks include:
- Builders
- Electricians
- Engineering risks
- General contractors
- Manufacturing risks
- Tradesmen
As with our Miscellaneous Liability, quotations can be provided based on your presentation. Proposal forms would generally be required if the risk goes on cover.
High risk liability
Traditional composite markets are unlikely to offer competitive terms where risks are considered to be more hazardous.
We are well placed to obtain quotations for these risks with our panel of specialist insurers and access into the London and Lloyds markets.
Due to the complex nature of these cases, a full risk presentation, including details of health & safety procedures, will be required to enable us to market this successfully.
