Strengthening our leadership team to drive growth

We are delighted to share news of a series of senior promotions across the business, highlighting our commitment to developing talent and strengthening the leadership needed to deliver on our strategic growth ambitions.

The appointments will help ensure we remains agile and well positioned to meet evolving client and market needs.
Simon Aitken has been appointed Head of Office for General Insurance in Newcastle, while Cristina Ion takes on the role of Head of Office in Edinburgh, both reporting to Regional Director North, William Barne.

They are joined by Dorothy Pigg, Chair of the Commercial Leadership Group, and Toby Heathcoat Amory, Chair of the Household and Private Client Leadership Group, who together bring more than 25 years’ experience with Lycetts.
In addition, Gill Teasdale has been promoted to the newly created position of Chief of Staff, reporting directly to Chief Executive Ian Barclay.

Together, we will continue delivering excellent service to our clients, while also supporting the development of our talented teams.”
