IOSH MANAGING SAFELY COURSES

The IOSH Managing Safely course is a nationally accredited health and safety training course for Managers and Supervisors. Lycetts offers you informed, lively and interactive training courses.

COURSE OUTCOMES

 By the end of the course, delegates will have a knowledge and understanding of:

  • Their health and safety legal responsibilities.
  • Hazard identification and risk control techniques associated with common workplace hazards including: fire, electricity, manual handling, working at height, stress, noise and vibration, chemical safety, workplace transport etc.
  • How to manage health and safety in their workplace.
  • Accident/incident investigation techniques.

 CERTIFICATION

  • To be awarded the IOSH Certificate, delegates are required to pass a 45 minute examination and complete a practical assessment in the workplace.

 THE VENUE

Training takes place in our conveniently located training venue at Lycetts Risk Management Services, Milburn House, Dean Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 1PP. We are less than 10 minutes on foot from the main train station and there is a pay and display car park across the road.
