LEARN is the unique online insurance training system developed specifically to meet the insurance training and competence requirements of chartered surveyors and land agents.

LEARN is based on the TICK e-learning training system, which has more than 9,000 users around the UK benefiting from its advanced online learning content.

• Employees can be enrolled onto LEARN by purchasing an annual user licence, which automatically provides an introductory course showing them how to maximise the system's resources.

Subsequent courses can be delivered in manageable bites of around 200 to 300 words each, which equates to roughly 10 minutes of study time, or viewed on line. LEARN insurance courses typically include around 15 bites. After each insurance course, users take a multi-choice assessment with 10 questions selected at random from a bank of 30.

Details of all courses taken, test results and CPD points earned can be automatically stored on the system. Managers can access the full up-to-date records of any of their direct reports at any time and apply a range of reporting tools to help them to monitor and direct training activities.

LEARN will also allow you to create personal training plans for each user and the interactive insurance assessment modules can be used to test individual's knowledge against an extensive databank of questions.
