A strict interpretation of The Animals Act by the House of Lords in 2003 (Mirvahedy v. Henley) has placed a much greater responsibility on the owners of horses for the consequences of their behaviour. As a result we have developed a policy that specifically addresses this exposure and also includes a level of personal accident coverage for employees.

We also provide care, custody and control coverage (legal liability) to indemnify our clients against claims in respect of injuries to horses in their care, made by their owners.
