If your building is unoccupied for a period of time specific cover must be arranged.

Buildings, whether temporarily closed or unoccupied can be at greater risk from the likes of arson, antisocial behaviour such as vandalism or squatters, theft, and escape of water.

It may be your home that is under-going extensive renovations or a commercial property that is not currently leased to a tenant; whatever your situation our experienced team of Account Executives will be able to ensure that you have the cover in place that you require.
