Managing claims on a day-to-day basis they also provide advice and assistance to other offices on complex claims.

Andrew has extensive technical expertise in property insurance claims and dealing with high net worth clients; having worked for Crawford and Company for many years. His familiarity with policy wordings enables him to find policy coverage in the most obscure circumstances.

Andrew’s skills on the property side fit well with Harriet’s knowledge of liability claims. Harriet previously held a role with a national broker which included technical claims training and auditing but her specialism is liability insurance claims, the defence of which continue to present a regular challenge.

Both Harriet and Andrew have a primary responsibility to act in the client’s best interests, but they also understand the insurer’s perspective on insurance claims, adding immense value to the service we are able to provide. Their expertise in all aspects of the claims process, and support to Lycetts offices across the country, will help ensure clients continue to receive the best advice and resolution on insurance claims.
