The result of the test case was announced on 15th September and we will know by the 2nd October if any of the Insurers will be making an appeal. If you think that you may have a claim under the Business Interruption section of your policy for losses incurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic you must register your intention to claim as soon as possible.
