Client Testimonials

“With Lycetts, you know that the people you are dealing with understand your business, understand what you are about and what you are trying to do. You don’t waste time trying to justify or explain what’s going on.”

George Winn-Darley, Aldby Park, North Yorkshire

“Lycetts grasped the situation cannily and took the long view. We now have an understanding of procedure and a sense of a meaningful engagement with our loss team and the insurer. It’s been an important moment for Buckny and gives us confidence for the future”

Alex Linklater, Buckny Hydro LLP, Perthshire

“There are always concerns when moving insurance brokers, however the way David Still dealt with the quote stage was very reassuring and professional. We get a first class, stress-free claims service. The Lycetts team are always willing to help and quick to respond while David is on hand 24/7 and always goes the extra mile to help us get the best deal. He is very honest and we know he has our best interest at heart. We would 100% recommend David Still and Lycetts. They are the best insurance brokers we have ever had and wouldn’t ever wish to move. We class David as a friend and he is a pleasure to deal with.”

Juliet Milton, Mountfitchet Castle & Norman Village of 1066 including The House on the Hill Toy Museum, Stansted

“I would highly recommend David Still and Lycetts. I moved from another broker a few years back mainly because David actually took time to understand the insurance needs of businesses that were not straight forward to quote for. He was also significantly cheaper than my previous insurer. However, it is not just about the price. It is about the service and attention to detail, not just from David but from Lycetts too. If there is a problem, you can just pick up the phone and know the person you are dealing with knows you and understands your business.”

Marcus Kravis, Kravis amusements arcades and Blue Anchor hotel

“Due to the growing size and complexity of our business, we were keen to find a broker that specialised in the zoo/farm park tourist attractions sector. In May 2016, we moved our insurance to Lycetts and have been delighted with their level of service and knowledge of our industry sector and competitive premiums. They have such a wonderful professional yet friendly approach too!”

Kim Bellis, Managing Director, Tropical Butterfly House

How to claim arcade insurance.

It is a condition of all insurance policies that incidents that may result in claims are reported to insurers without delay. If such incidents are not reported within an acceptable timescale (usually 30 days from the time of the incident) your insurers may refuse to indemnify you.

In the event of a claim in relation to a commercial business policy, you should contact your Lycetts account executive/handler as soon as possible. When completing claim forms, ensure the whole form is completed as far as possible and it is signed on your behalf or your company’s behalf by an authorised person.
