• Where possible, emailing us rather than calling.
• Contacting your Account Executive on their mobile rather than our office number if you need support with a claim.
• Making all payments by bank transfer / BACS if at all possible.
If you have a potential claim and are unable to contact us for any reason, please remember you have a duty to minimise the loss as much as possible and that your insurer’s claims contact details can be found in your policy documentation to enable you to inform them directly.
Many of our staff are now working remotely with correspondingly reduced staffing levels in our offices, where possible we will be keeping our offices open on a caretaking basis. Please therefore contact your Account Executive on their mobile number which can be found at the foot of any email you have received from them, should you need to do so.
