I cannot recommend Zoe Wood and Lycetts highly enough. After the shock death of my horse, I sent a text to Zoe early Sunday morning, she rang back within 20 minutes and we discussed what had happened. She explained what I needed to do next and that she would contact me the next day. On Monday I received the claim form, with most details auto completed. I completed the rest and emailed back.  To my amazement the settlement was in my bank account four days later.

All I can say is thank goodness for Zoe and Lycetts, there was no pressing one for horse insurance, 2 for claims  and then an eternity waiting for a claims handler to make contact. It was all handled seamlessly. A traumatic time was made bearable, with a caring voice at the end of the phone and total efficiency – Thankyou
